it started with frustration..

Upon moving to London, Thai girl Faai and Irish guy Lee made their way through a plethora of Thai eateries (from the tragically old-school to the achingly hip) and were mostly met with disappointment...

 

-- "too bland!" -- "too salty!" -- "too sweet!" -- "etcetera!" --

 

In fact, the only time they could access the flavours they craved, was when Faai conjured up her Bangkok magic at home... 

And so, Greedy Khao was born! 

Serving high-quality, traditional Thai classics, they quickly built a following on London's street food scene.

Until something changed... 

As the duo learned more about the link between health, the environment, animal welfare issues, and our dietary choices, they found it harder and harder to justify a diet rich in meat and dairy, and wondered whether Greedy Khao could be used as a force for social good...

Working closely together, Lee and Faai transitioned Greedy Khao from a traditional, to a plant-based brand, with Faai working her deep knowledge of Thai cooking to replace animal products while retaining the bold, authentic flavours. 

And so, Greedy Khao was reborn! 

 - and eating truly is believing
