SIGNATURE RED CURRY
It's tofu - but not as you know it! We're talking deep-fried pillows of tofu-y goodness, filled with decadent, creamy, spicy red curry, surrounded with sweet butternut squash. So good, DIRTY VEGAZINE wrote a poem about it, and BOSH.TV broadcast it to their millions of followers....

The ever-popular spicy salad from North-Eastern Thailand (E-sarn region). Zesty, spicy, and refreshing, this dish brings jackfruit and minced tofu together with red onions, aromatic toasted rice, coriander, mint, chilli flakes and lime juice. Aroy!
ROAST 'DUCK' CURRY
This takes our signature red curry, and turns the tropical up to ten! A summery medley of lychee, pineapple and juicy cherry tomatoes, this mock duck masterpiece is our take on the classic Thai roast duck curry, with a braised, lightly-flavoured seitan that is guaranteed to ruffle your feathers.
Thailand's favourite spicy stir-fry - veganised! Flavourful minced soy protein jam-packed with Thai holy basil, garlic and birds-eye chillies, and seasoned with vegan oyster sauce - NOT for the faint of heart, but a fiery gem for those who like it hot!
CHIANG MAI KHAO SOI
